Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a paralegal field.
• Paralegal program completion preferred.
• At least 2 years as a litigation paralegal in a law firm.
• Experience in Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and memoranda.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Assist with witness preparation and case settlements.
