The ideal candidate will manage complex case files, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and coordinate discovery and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

You will draft legal documents, file with courts, maintain calendars, organize case materials, and communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, evidence, court rules, and legal documentation.
• Experience drafting legal pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced computer proficiency and experience with legal databases and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, appellate documents, and other legal filings.
• File documents with courts and administrative agencies.
• Manage litigation calendars, including hearings, deadlines, and case milestones.
• Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery indexes, and litigation databases.
• Coordinate and manage exhibits, evidence, briefs, appendices, and trial materials.
• Assist attorneys with discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and document review.
• Gather, analyze, and summarize information from a variety of sources.
• Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, opposing counsel, and other third parties.
• Support trial teams during preparation and throughout the litigation process.
• Assist with settlement preparation and case resolution activities.
