The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ideally in a law firm setting. You will assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, draft documents, manage case files, and coordinate with clients and court personnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Experience in a law firm setting preferred.
• Familiarity with discovery, depositions and trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, document production, and trial prep.
• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and maintain organization of records, track deadlines and court schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts and court personnel as needed.
• Support during hearings, depositions, mediations and trials.
