The role targets 4+ years of experience in product liability and class action defense, with duties spanning all phases of litigation, including trial support, document management, and e-discovery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience managing complex product liability and class action cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Significant trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Proficiency in legal software and e-discovery tools (Lexis, Relativity, CaseMap, TrialDirector).

Responsibilities

• Assist with case management and trial preparation, including document organization, witness prep, and exhibit management.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents, including motions and subpoenas.
• Organize and manage large documents, conduct substantive reviews, and assist with e-discovery processes.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and vendors, and oppose counsel during case prep and trial.
• Support during trial, managing exhibits, logistics, and courtroom technology.
• Perform legal research, draft case summaries, and maintain case databases.
• Provide post-trial assistance, including settlement documentation and final materials.
