Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys before, during, and after trials in our Alpharetta, GA office. The role involves preparing pleadings, e-filing, conducting research, and coordinating with clients and trial teams to build strong cases.

You will manage discovery, depositions, and exhibits, draft pleadings and motions, and maintain case files with meticulous organization. Excellent communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Experience in Personal Injury or related practice areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, court, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate depositions and trial binders.
• Gather information from diverse sources.
• Liaise between trial teams and third parties.
• Witness preparation and case settlements assistance.
