Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role.
• High School Diploma required; Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Transcribe and draft legal documents, correspondence, letters, and agreements.
• Organize, maintain, and manage client case files.
• Maintain and update internal tracking logs.
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks as assigned.
