Burg Simpson Litigation Paralegals in Englewood, CO support our Mass Tort Department by drafting, preparing, reviewing, and electronically filing legal documents across federal and state courts; calculating and calendarizing statutory deadlines; and maintaining time entries. You will be a reliable team player with a professional attitude to ensure clients are well served.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, mass tort or class action, plus experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, mass tort or class action.
• Experience with electronic filing in federal and state court – REQUIRED.
• Experience identifying, calendaring and tracking federal and state statutory deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize a high-volume workload.
