Job summary

SHB's litigation practice is growing. We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation, including large document production, discovery, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to join one of the fastest moving areas of the law.

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Travel required; large-scale multi-party litigation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience.
• Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records.
• Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of litigation from filing to trial preparation.
• Manage large document productions and discovery reviews.
• Interview witnesses and experts and prepare pleadings.
• subpoenas and record requests as needed.
• Coordinate travel for depositions and hearings.
