Job summary

Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking a paralegal in Orange County/Irvine with experience across all stages of litigation, including large document production, discovery, witness and expert interviews, and drafting pleadings.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalently, six years of experience if no degree/certificate) and travel readiness. The role offers a hybrid schedule, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Requirements

Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required.

Salary Statement

The expected salary range for this position in Orange County is between $102,257 and $153,385 annually. Actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, area of expertise, and geographic/office location.
