Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation support and paralegal duties.
• Familiarity with Insurance Bad Faith matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing case files from inception through trial.
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinating and responding to discovery (including document production).
• Preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination.
• E-filing in state courts (California experience preferred).
• Maintaining deadlines and calendaring key litigation events.
