Qualifications

• ABA-approved paralegal program completed (required).
• Minimum 2 years as a litigation paralegal preferred in plaintiff-side matters.
• Strong drafting, organization and communication abilities; able to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft discovery requests/responses, interrogatories, subpoenas, motions and witness declarations.
• Support trial prep by organizing exhibits, binders and scheduling witnesses.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other databases.
• Manage deadlines, case calendars and filing logistics with precision.
• Assist in case development: interviewing clients, gathering facts, and preparing summaries.
• Coordinate depositions, court reporters, experts and interpreters.
• Provide administrative support throughout pre-litigation and litigation.
