Responsibilities

• Maintain case files, monitor litigation deadlines, track court dockets, and ensure timely compliance with scheduling orders.
• Draft standard discovery requests and responses (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions); review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing statements, and insurance policy documents.
• Draft routine pleadings, motions, answers, and third-party practice documents under attorney supervision.
