Job summary

DNA Partners, in partnership with a New York-based law firm, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced, collaborative litigation team. This role offers exposure from case inception through trial and appeal, working closely with partners, counsel, and associates.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, strong NYSCEF/PACER proficiency, and excellent drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage multiple matters in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
• Strong experience with e-filing in New York state and federal courts
• Proficiency with NYSCEF, PACER, Relativity, Westlaw, and LexisNexis
• Excellent organizational, drafting, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys across all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and filings through NYSCEF and PACER
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents such as complaints, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinate document collection, review, and production using platforms such as Relativity
• Prepare deposition materials, exhibits, and trial binders
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Serve as a point of contact with clients, opposing counsel, and vendors
