Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and experience with document management systems.
• Experience with litigation support software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain document-intensive files from inception to completion.
• Coordinate depositions of parties requested by attorneys.
• Review E-discovery for production and production documents for extraction of key items.
• Draft pleadings and filings in Federal and State civil matters.
• Assist with trial preparation and maintaining attorney calendars.
