Job summary

Qualifications

Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures.
Experience drafting legal documents and managing billing processes.
Proficiency with Lexis Advance for legal research.

Responsibilities

Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, and discovery motions.
Organize, chart, and process incoming records and invoices.
Manage follow-up on outstanding records via phone, email, and mail.
Prepare answers and legal correspondence; support multiple attorneys.
Review documents for relevance and privilege; assist in mediation and trial preparation.
Retrieve and save documents using the firm’s document management system.
