Qualifications

• Ability to perform Legal Document Preparation and manage Pleadings and Motions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in Document Review, including organizing, analyzing, and summarizing case materials.
• Proficiency in Legal Research using online databases and traditional resources to support case strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise correspondence and reports.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple cases and deadlines.
• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree (e.g., in legal studies or related field) strongly preferred.
• Comfort with legal practice management software, document management systems, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and summarize documents and evidence.
