LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a well-established litigation practice in New Orleans, LA, to hire a Litigation Paralegal focused on Defense Base Act and insurance defense matters. You will support attorneys through all stages of litigation and manage case files.

In this role you will draft pleadings, coordinate discovery, prepare for depositions and trials, and maintain calendars and documentation while communicating with clients, experts, and court personnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and medical record collection.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
