Bodie, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C., an AV-rated civil litigation firm in Maryland, seeks a Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to join its established team in Timonium. You will manage heavy litigation files in Circuit and District courts and support trial lawyers with document drafting and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has paralegal experience, familiarity with Clio, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Spanish fluency is a plus in our diverse practice.

Qualifications

• Previous paralegal experience required.
• Familiarity with Clio or other case-management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Paralegal certification or AA Degree required.
• Preference given to Spanish-fluent candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large caseload of active litigation files in the Circuit Court and District Court of Maryland.
• Interviewing clients.
• Drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
• Coordination of Expert Witnesses.
• Monitor scheduling order deadlines.
• Provide essential litigation support to a team of trial lawyers.
