Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, filing, and tracking legal documents and maintain case management databases.
• Explain and collect taxes or debts, research property transfers, and collect debts with data reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing appellate briefs, memoranda, and other court documents including discovery requests.
• Perform legal research and analysis using legislative history, precedents, and decisions.
• Conduct e-discovery, litigation holds, or information requests as needed.
