Job summary

Kubicki Draper seeks a civil litigation professional to summarize medical records, Bills and related documents, building medical chronologies for insurance defense matters. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with clients, carriers and counsel.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in civil litigation, experience with medical records and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced firm environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

3+ years of civil litigation experience required

Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred

Basic medical knowledge a plus

Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, required

Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed

Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries

Communicate with clients, carriers, experts, and counsel effectively in a team environment

Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel

Must be task orientated.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment.
