Job summary

Kubicki Draper in Jacksonville seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in bodily injury and general liability. You will support discovery, summarize medical records, and prepare chronologies and bill summaries while coordinating with clients, carriers, and counsel.

Must have strong written and oral communication, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation support

The Jacksonville Office of Kubicki Draper is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the areas of bodily injury and/or general liability.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Prior experience in handling all aspects of discovery
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred
