Job summary

Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers is seeking a dedicated paralegal for our personal injury practice in Texas. This in-office role supports attorneys with client meetings, document drafting, and calendar management while fostering client relationships and case progress.

You will manage a docket of cases, prepare pleadings and discovery, and collaborate with a team lead focused on professional growth and client advocacy. Experience in PI litigation is a plus, with emphasis on empathy and organization.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in personal injury is a plus.
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Empathy and strong attention to detail in client interactions.

• Provide exemplary customer service to your clients.
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with your clients and your attorney.
• Manage a docket of 40-50 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer.
