Job Summary

At Daniel Stark, the role of a personal injury paralegal involves more than just meeting with clients, drafting documents, and managing attorney calendars and deadlines. As a paralegal at our firm, you will have the opportunity to embody our core values and work closely with a team lead who is dedicated to your personal and professional growth. You will have the chance to truly understand and empathize with our clients' stories, fears, and pain, and the profound impact of their injuries on their lives. You will serve as their guide as they navigate unfamiliar territory, and you will advocate on their behalf to help them reclaim control of their lives.

The Breakdown

• Provide exemplary customer service to your clients
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with your clients and your attorney
• Manage a docket of 40-50 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer

Skills and Qualifications

• Personal injury litigation experience is a plus
