Bighorn Law is seeking a Litigation Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, technologically advanced team environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of personal injury experience and be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation, including communicating with clients and drafting legal documents. Essential skills include persuasive writing, analytical reasoning, and proficiency in client management software. This position allows for a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities: • Communicate frequently with Attorney(s) in formulating a game plan for the current case load. • Consistently and thoroughly utilize client management software to detail the interactions with clients, attorneys, medical providers, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, etc. • Follow established procedures for work product, documentation, and notes. • Prepare for weekly case reviews with the Attorney/Director of Litigation. • Responsible for the creation of legal documents, per the instructions of the Attorney/Director of Litigation. • Responsible for ensuring that tasks, as assigned by Case Management Software/Attorney/Director of Litigation, are completed within designated due dates. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with Attorneys, Clients, and Coworkers. • Work on cases from the inception of litigation through arbitration/trial. • Communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel by letter, email, text, and telephone. • Perform legal research. • Draft legal documents (complaints, discovery, disclosures, briefs, motions, etc.). • Maintain a calendar consisting of meetings, appointments, due dates, and hearings. • Summarize/review medical records. • Ability to manage a large caseload. • Review and analyze the case prior to filing a lawsuit, determining defendants, jurisdiction, and allegations. • Data entry into case management software. Qualifications: • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in personal injury. • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience at a plaintiff law firm. • Knowledge of federal and state court procedures. • Persuasive writing skills. • Analytical Reasoning. • Task Prioritization. • Calendaring skills. • Ability to multitask. • Self-disciplined, positive attitude, and professional appearance. • Experience working with MS Office and Google Workspace. • Typing 45+ WPM. • Spanish speaking is a plus. • Position is based in Las Vegas, NV - however, may be fully remote Compensation: $28 - $43 hourly + performance bonus
