Brooks Law Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven team. This onsite role supports attorneys with client communications, intake, medical records, and drafting pleadings and motions.

You will assist with trial prep, settlements, and file management to ensure accuracy and timely service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, an excellent communicator, and eager to grow with a mission-driven firm serving injured and exploited clients across

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients, attorneys, and medical providers.
• Complete new client intakes and maintain case files from start to finish.
• Request, organize, and review medical records and related documents.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support materials.
• Interact with insurance carriers to negotiate settlements.
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, mediation, and arbitration.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in every client interaction.
