This hybrid litigation paralegal role supports a large, fast-growing technology company’s legal team in downtown Seattle. The position runs through the end of 2026 and focuses on providing timely and effective support to senior paralegals, attorneys, and sourcing professionals, while collaborating closely with other paralegals. You will work on medium- to high-complexity projects, draft a wide range of commercial agreements under supervision, and handle the administrative side of litigation, including document retention and e-discovery.
This is a hybrid role based in downtown Seattle. You work onsite Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and remotely on Monday and Friday. The office is a newer space with impressive views of the Puget Sound and houses a growing legal team of approximately 20–22 professionals globally. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative, and technology‑driven, with regular use of tools such as Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Hanzo, and Coupa. The position is structured as a consulting engagement through the end of 2026, with the potential to extend depending on performance and budget. The culture emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and the opportunity to contribute to a newly created role within an expanding legal department.
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
