Job summary

Responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting motions and affidavits, organizing case files, coordinating with clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with depositions and trial materials.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or degree required or 3+ years of equivalent litigation paralegal experience acceptable
• 3+ years of commercial insurance defense and general liability litigation experience
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite case management systems and e-document management software with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
