Job summary

The Law Office Of Arash Khorsandi A in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of litigation. You will organize filings, manage calendars, prepare subpoenas, complaints, and other documents, and help prepare trial materials.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal, can work overtime, and knows Federal and State filing rules. Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Litigation Paralegal work experience.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Must have knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars
• Propounding and responding to discovery, reviewing appropriate documents, and researching law
• Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons and discovery
• Filing lawsuits and drafting motions
• Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials
