Quest Group Executive Search and Staffing is looking for a talented Defense Litigation Paralegal! This is for a highly respected firm whom we have worked with extensively and everyone we have placed absolutely loves working with them!!!! Headquarters is in Atlanta and they also have offices in Phoenix, Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas and Birmingham. (THIS IS FOR THE VEGAS LOCATION)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of Defense litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. MUST HAVE ACTUAL TRIAL EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities

Role will be supporting several attorneys and responsible for:

Attending trials as a right hand to counsel.
Assist with Drafting litigation documents.
Summarize Medical records and prepare chronologies.
Prepare timelines, compile info and prepare statistics/charts.
Locate experts needed for trial. *MUST have strong experience attending trails!)
Assist with performing legal research.
