Job summary

AEI LAW PC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support trial teams through all phases of the litigation process. The role involves legal research, document preparation, and attendance at trials, with a strong emphasis on detail and organization.

The ideal candidate has prior paralegal experience and a certification or associate degree, plus solid MS Office, Clio, and LexisNexis proficiency, to manage case files and assist in discovery and client communications in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or associate degree is required.
• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal is preferred.
• Familiarity with court procedures and terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with solid document management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs.
• Keep case files well organized and accessible for review.
• Conduct legal research and investigations.
• Provide general administrative support to the trial team.
• Communicate with clients and witnesses as needed.
• Attend court sessions and record key information.
