Silverman Law Office, PLLC in Helena, MT seeks a qualified attorney admitted in Montana to join our team. The role offers a base compensation range of $65,000–$95,000 annually plus substantial bonus potential and full employee health, dental, and vision coverage, with partial family benefits and HSA funding.

Responsibilities include client contact, drafting and filing legal documents, notary duties, staying current on legal changes, continuing education, and mentoring within a collaborative TEAM

Base Compensation: $65,000-$95,000 annually (plus significant bonus potential)

• Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% of those costs for family members
• Employer fully funds HSA contributions (single or family) up to the IRS limit
• 3% employer match on employee retirement contributions
• Continuing education plans
• Relocation packages (if applicable)

Billable Hour Requirement: 1,400 annually

Minimum Qualifications: Certified by Montana State Bar or ability to attain certification.
