LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This onsite role supports a well-established law firm and ASAP hiring.

You will handle active litigation caseloads, assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 3+ years of law firm experience, strong discovery and case management background, and a paralegal degree or certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience required.
• Litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong discovery and case management background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and database skills.
• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or relevant paralegal certification.
• Family law experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files, deadlines, hearings, and attorney calendars.
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery and correspondence.
• Gather and organize information from multiple sources.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist with hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
• Coordinate case-related logistics and maintain deadlines.

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time opportunity with a well-established law firm in Fort Worth, TX. This is an onsite position, and the firm is looking to hire ASAP.

This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who is comfortable managing an active litigation caseload, supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, and juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage litigation files, deadlines, hearings, and attorney calendars
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation
