Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated civil litigation experience.

This role directly supports our insurance defense practice, requiring a self-starter who can immediately integrate into our General Liability and Construction Defect teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle civil litigation cases from inception through trial preparation.
• Draft, prepare, and summarize critical legal documents, court filings, and correspondence.
• Coordinate comprehensive preparation for mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct detailed public records reviews and discovery analysis.
• Maintain accurate and consistent timekeeping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated civil litigation experience.
• Substantial background in insurance defense; direct experience with General Liability or Construction Defect exposure is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level written and verbal communication abilities.
