Qualifications

• 2+ years litigation secretarial experience.
• Pass a background and drug screen.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent proofreading and drafting of legal correspondence.
• Willing to take ownership of assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal correspondence with careful proofreading.
• Prepare and collect conflict of interest checks, open new files and maintain client files.
• Maintain attorneys' calendars with important dates.
• Familiar with state and federal court filings, including electronic submissions.
• Organize and prioritize numerous tasks with minimal supervision.
