Job summary

Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized trial firm, seeks a detail-driven Legal Assistant to support civil litigation and insurance defense. You will draft and e-file documents, manage case calendars, and coordinate hearings and trial prep while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in litigation support, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. In-office 2 days/week with flexible options may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant
• Insurance defense and/or personal injury experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Suite and legal software
• Experience with state and federal court filings in Nevada

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks
• Format pleadings and correspondence
• Assist with trial preparation
• File and E-file documents in State and Federal Courts
