We are excited to share an amazing opportunity for a temporary Litigation Legal Assistant role based in Dallas, Texas, with potential transition to a full-time position. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be part of an established firm opening a new office in Dallas!

As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the litigation processes. You will have the chance to support multiple attorneys by helping with document preparation, case coordination, and communicating effectively with clients and court officials. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can handle sensitive legal matters with discretion, this role is a perfect fit for you. Experience in IP a is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting, formatting, and finalizing legal documents for court filings.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling critical appointments, depositions and court dates.
  • Serving as a main point of contact for clients, court personnel, and external vendors.
  • Assisting with document filing procedures and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Preparing expense reports and other billing related documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Over 8+ years in administrative roles, especially within legal settings.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document software such as iManage, strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is a bonus.
