Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Assist with discovery, case preparation, and trial strategy.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators in a fast-paced plaintiff-side practice.
• Develop courtroom skills and prepare for Bar admission.
