Qualifications

• Enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student with coursework in litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with attorneys.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and independent factual investigations.
• Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Organize large document productions, prepare exhibits, and summarize deposition transcripts.
• Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trial.
• Help manage case files, deadlines, and coordination with courts and staff.
