A highly respected Texas-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney to join its San Antonio office. This position is ideal for entry-level attorneys licensed in Texas who want to gain valuable experience in personal injury law while contributing to a dynamic and results-driven legal team. The role involves handling early-stage litigation processes, signing new clients, conducting case evaluations, and providing exceptional client service. The position offers a guaranteed commission structure and a generous retention bonus.

Location

Duties

1. Sign up new clients and initiate case development
2. Conduct legal analysis and evaluate individual case issues
3. Review demands and participate in early negotiations
4. Manage intake of new litigation matters and assist in initial case preparation
5. Collaborate with team members to transition cases into active litigation
6. Ensure client communications and expectations are met and maintained
7. Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism

Requirements

1. 0–3 years of personal injury experience preferred
2. Valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record
3. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude
4. Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing
