Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to design and maintain compelling graphics for litigation. You will craft timelines, diagrams, scenes, and other artifacts, plus handle video edits and basic IT support for trial presentations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint, and a strong portfolio of independent graphics work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint, with experience in WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver preferred.
• Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
• Must be able to provide samples of graphics previously designed independently.
• Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate willingly and effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain graphics for litigation proceedings.

• Edit video and perform format conversions.
• Set up and support Audio Visual systems and basic IT tasks.
• Ensure evidence is presented clearly in court.
• Revise diagrams/figures in expert reports.
• Develop opening and closing slides (100–150 total).
• Revise existing graphics (80–100 slides).
• Consult with client experts and witnesses to develop slides (up to 50).
• Work with expert teams.
• Interpret data to create graphical representations.
• Use PowerPoint 2019; transition to PowerPoint 365.
• Provide time estimates for graphics requests.
• Meet deadlines.
• Provide 24/7 availability during trial in San Jose, CA, with at least two people.

CGS is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to join our team supporting a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Responsibilities

• The Litigation Graphics Consultant designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings.
• Creates timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts.
• Responsible for video editing and format conversions.
• Conducts Audio Visual system setup, support, and take down, as well as basic IT support (printers, networking, basic connectivity, etc.) relevant to case presentations.
• Ensures all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court proceedings.
• Assists with revision/improvement of created diagrams/figures in expert reports.
• Assists with developing opening and closing slides (approximately 100-150 in total).
• Revises/improves already created graphics (80-100 slides in total).
• Consults with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop/refine graphics (up to 50 slides).
• Works with one economic and one industry expert.
• Interprets data to create graphical representations.
• Utilizes MS Office PowerPoint 2019 and will transition to PowerPoint 365 on client desktops.
• Provides realistic estimates of time required to develop specific graphics requests.
• Meets all established deadlines.
• Provides 24/7 availability during the trial in San Jose, CA, likely requiring at least two people knowledgeable of ongoing work.

Ideally, you will also:

• Be based in the Bay Area to avoid time zone issues (client trial staff is based in San Francisco, CA; trial location in San Jose, CA). Most of the work can be done remotely via phone, email, or video calls. On-site support at the trial location is not anticipated.
