Qualifications

• Experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.

• Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration for clients.
• Stay updated on applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients.
