Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation & Employment Paralegal to support the Company’s global employment law function. Reporting directly to the Senior Employment Legal Counsel, this position will play a critical role in managing employment litigation, e-discovery, legal holds, employment-related M&A, expansion and integration support activities, and generalized legal support for the People Strategy & Culture (PSC) organization.
The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the employment legal function, helping manage time-sensitive projects spanning multiple jurisdictions while ensuring matters remain organized, documented, and on schedule.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment in handling confidential information, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple countries.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):
United States of America - $54,500.00 - $108,500.00
The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
