Job summary

Unknown Law Firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence and apply RelativityOne tools within complex litigation. You will work closely with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results across data processing, production, and archival.

The role requires advanced RelativityOne proficiency, familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS, and strong analytical and communication skills to support legal teams and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience with Relativity.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency.
• Familiar with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.

• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
