Joseph Michaels International is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You’ll manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and work with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include managing intake, processing, loading, production, and archival; configuring RelativityOne case databases; and ensuring quality control and chain-of-custody documentation.

Qualifications

• Five years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
