Job summary

Our client is an established law firm seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence and RelativityOne workflows in Dayton, Ohio. You will leverage analytics, AI, and scripting to enhance review efficiency while working closely with attorneys and project managers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Relativity, EDRM/ACEDS principles, and strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate deliverables across complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.

Required Qualifications

Schedule

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and workweeks exceeding 40 hours when case deadlines demand it.
