Software Placement Group in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Litigation Associate or Counsel to join its Professional Negligence & Product Liability Defense practice. The role offers substantial responsibility and opportunities to handle complex civil matters alongside a seasoned trial team.

You'll manage state and federal litigation, supervise discovery and motions, conduct depositions, prepare for trial, and maintain direct client contact throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience in a sophisticated law firm.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and case development.
• Ability to independently conduct depositions, including expert witness depositions.
• Trial preparation and court appearance experience.
