Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and counsel in state and federal courts.
• Draft motions and briefs and present oral arguments.
• Coordinate with OGC, campuses, and external counsel.
• Ensure retention, gathering, preservation, and production of litigation documents.
• Assist with hiring and supervision of interns and staff.
