Responsibilities

• Manage or assist with litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Maintain direct contact with claims professionals, insureds, and clients.
• Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement conferences.
• Handle written discovery and motion practice.
• Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with the team.
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness and exhibit preparation.
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally with all stakeholders.
