Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing skills, and experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts; and running files autonomously are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. Trial experience in state and federal court is preferred. Texas law license required.
