Our client, a Chambers-ranked, nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join a nationally respected policyholder practice representing businesses in some of the country's most sophisticated insurance coverage disputes.

No endless assembly line of routine files.

No being buried in a sea of billable hours while someone else gets the interesting work.

This is complex litigation. Big-dollar disputes. Novel legal issues. Clients who genuinely need strategic counsel. Cases that challenge even seasoned litigators.

What You'll Be Working On

One day you're analyzing complex commercial insurance policies. The next you're developing litigation strategy involving commercial property, professional liability, builders' risk, cyber coverage, construction risk transfer, bad faith, or other sophisticated coverage issues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead litigation from filing through resolution.
• Analyze insurance coverage issues involving complex commercial matters.
• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage motions, and appellate briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle hearings in state and federal courts.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or complex commercial litigation.
• Experience with insurance coverage, bad faith, construction-related insurance, or risk transfer is highly valued.
• Construction law or construction defect experience is a plus
